How the 90 days work

  1. 0

    Day 0 – Baseline: lock in where your time is actually going.

  2. 1

    Week 1 – Map: pick what's eating your time; decide where AI belongs.

  3. 2–4

    Weeks 2–4 – Install: your first system, built together; you drive the keyboard.

  4. 5–8

    Weeks 5–8 – Use: you run it in the real world, every use logged, and we tune it weekly.

  5. 9–12

    Weeks 9–12 – Next build: we compare before/after together, then build the next system with you.

  6. 90

    Day 90 – Handoff: you keep everything and run it without us: a complete handoff.

The terms

The 90 days are $3,000 in three payments: $697 to start, $1,297 at day 30 and $1,006 to wrap up. You get one working session a week, email in between, and eight simple behavior milestones we track together. If the first system isn't getting used by week four, we redesign it before building anything else. Everything you pay counts toward a full year if you stay on.

You'll hear back within two days either way. The hardest part of the 90 days isn't the building — it's using the thing ten times in your real work. If that sounds like a stretch right now, apply anyway and say so; we'll aim for a later start.
